In July of 2016 I got the opportunity to work with Susan Reid, Director at Health Literacy NZ. I had been tasked to design a Māori graphic for a booklet on live kidney donation. The booklet had been translated into Te Reo Māori. The final graphic would reflect the coming together of two parties to start a new beginning. The graphic's primary application is as a watermark, I focused on this functionality during throughout my design process. Keeping the lines simple, I made a bold design that wouldn't distract from any text laid over it.
